The continuing saga of my photographic adventures in Melbourne: Day 4

Today I bought a new lens. The EF 50mm f/1.8 II is fantastic for doing portrait shots. I did some this afternoon with Lyndon when he got home from work. I haven’t processed them yet though.

While in the city, I asked a busker who was playing the harmonica if I could take his photo and I got some wonderful shots of him. I haven’t properly processed those yet, but I have previewed the RAW files in Adobe Bridge and they look like they’re good. What I have processed so far is these panorama shots. I do these panoramas mainly for my own pleasure. They’re not very saleable but they’re fun to do. Here’s a couple of examples. Click on the pictures to enlarge:
